Southern Space 2023 with ELO2

Southern Space 2023 conference organised by the Space Industry Association of Australia (SIAA) incorporated a session with ELO2 .

This year’s Southern Space 2023 conference provided a platform for experts, enthusiasts, and industry leaders to converge, share insights, and shape the future of space exploration. The first panel session was an update on the Trailblazer Project from Ben Sorensen from EPE and Joe Kenrick from Lunar Outpost Oceania moderated by Dr Catherine Grace (MBBS).  The 2 companies co-leading the ELO2 consortium appreciate the opportunity to contribute by providing Australia’s space community with a unique perspective and valuable insights on the strides we are making in our mission to send the first Australian rover to the Moon.  They also discussed the range of benefits the Australian Space Agency’s Moon to Mars Trailblazer Program provides to Australia in both space and on Earth.

This project isn’t just about going to space; it’s a groundbreaking effort to explore new possibilities on the Moon. The Trailblazer project aims to send the first Australian robot to land on the Moon.
