TIMS Night Illumination Marking System
The T.I.M.S, (Temporary illuminated marking system) flexible light weight marking system has been designed and developed by LGI specifically to overcome the problem of highlighting areas of danger or marking a safe route.
The T.I.M.S. illumination colour can either be Red or Blue/Green, they are not visible in daylight but are highly visible at night and provide the safety and comfort factors, inherent in a clear constant reference point.
The system comprises of two power packs, each pack is driven by 8 x AA batteries. The power packs have two modes of operation, the first being full illumination simply by depressing the pushbutton on the top of the module. The second is a control that allows the illumination levels to be reduced to a point where there is no visible light to the naked eye, but if looked at through night vision goggles it can be clearly seen. This offers the ability to adjust the light output to suit the tactical situation.

- 2 x 10m lengths of illumination material
- 20 x pegs
- 1 x webbing carry case
The illumination material can be either Red or Green When this equipment is being used to illuminate the edges of the bridges we will supply a clip which enables it the be fitted to the relevant bridge.
This product is currently being used by NATO Military forces
This new introduction to the range has been tested by a number of military organisations and is currently in the process of being codified.
