EPE is the grantee contracted by the Australian Space Agency to co-lead the team that will bring their skills and knowledge to the Roo-ver Mission, and demonstrate Australian innovation and capability to the world.

EPE Trusted to PRotect Project co‑lead. In its 25th year of operation, EPE's purpose is to enable and protect Australians and allies operating in hazardous environments. EPE provides specialist support to government agencies and defence organisations to undertake design and integration activities, and deliver niche capabilities in robotics, sensors and effectors. It also provides technology verification and validation (V&V) services at its south‑east Queensland-based MILTECS facilities.

VSSEC The Victorian Space Science Education Centre (VSSEC) opened in 2006 as one of six specialist Math and Science Education Centres and operates under the Department of Education Tech Schools division. VSSEC is a not-for-profit government organisation that uses the Science of Teaching to Teach Science and Mathematics. VSSEC offers teacher professional development, curriculum materials, and student programs to schools in Victoria and across Australia.
