Window Breaker
The Window Breaker is a single shot Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD ) munition designed for use in Improvised Explosive Device Disposal (IEDD ) vehicle clearances when it is necessary to break vehicle side or rear windows. The weapon is capable of breaking toughened / hardened glass and is designed to be fired remotely from an RO V / UGV platform, or suitable stand and firing cable. The Window Breaker also meets UK MoD requirements.
The system may be deployed in conjunction with a Disruptor such that render safe procedures may be carried out following vehicle entry. Brackets are available to allow fitting to Disruptors such as Pigstick, Hotrod, ABL2000 and ABL3000.
