The CT-ClipCom Digital achieves this in outstanding quality. This in-ear headset with certified hearing protection and external noise reception is a binaural, stereo-compatible headset that is also perfect for multi-channel applications.
When external noise reception is activated, the ambient noise is reduced to a maximum limit of 85 dB(A) to protect hearing. This also reduces impulsive noise to a harmless level.
The first-class ambient sound reception (CT-ASR = Ambient Sound Reception) can be adjusted in four stages for a natural listening experience.

BoomMike (BM) and EarMike (EM)
The in-ear headset is available with a microphone boom (BoomMike) or as an ear microphone (EarMike). With the latter, speech is picked up directly in the ear canal.
This means that no background noise can be transmitted. The ear microphone is therefore particularly suitable for use with a heavy breathing apparatus, for example. The CT-ClipCom Digital can generally be worn under any headgear.
