Tactical Electronic TE5 Monitor
The TE5 Monitor displays wireless and/or hardwired video from all Tactical Electronics’ Camera Systems on a 5.0 inch LCD.
While streaming video, operators can remotely adjust the camera’s LED intensity and toggle between multiple camera views.
The optional NVG IR filter provides covert NVG viewing by blocking visible light from the LCD. Video on the display can still be seen using NVGs without giving away the user’s position.
The TE5 offers cellular connectivity to support cloud-based video streaming to TE Link (telink.tacticalelectronics.com).
Login from anywhere with an internet connection to view live video from any Tactical Electronics CORE, SWIFT, and SYNC Camera Systems with a TE Link subscription.
Wireless Video:
Real-time video is transmitted across an encrypted 5GHz wireless channel, the video stream is received and displayed on Tactical Electronics’ monitors.
Tactical Accessory Port (TAP):
The hardwire Tactical Accessory Port (TAP) provides a ruggedized friction-locking, breakaway connector with USB 2.0, 100 Mbps Ethernet, and 12VDC power input. The TAP receives hardwired video from the camera source and forwards the video stream onto MANET radios and other tactical radio networks for long-range distribution.
