ResQ CQL Max ID
ResQ CQL Max ID offers first responders, border protection, and law enforcement with an advanced method for identifying potential threats in an improved tactical form factor, thus improving functionality particularly in high stress environments. By combining the 1064 nm Raman (also used in the Progeny ResQ and Progeny ResQ FLX) advantage with improved ergonomics and sample presentation, ResQ CQL makes it even easier to perform chemical analysis of powders, liquids, gels, mixtures and more.
The Rigaku ResQ CQL Max ID analyzer delivers the advanced analytical chemical identification of the original handheld 1064nm Raman, with an updated interface and improved algorithm enhancements – including the analysis of mixtures. Accepted as part of the U.S. Department of Defense JPEO DR SKO Program, and with thousands of units deployed globally, the ResQ CQL sets the standard for rapid identification of unknown powders, liquids, gels, and mixtures.
The ResQ CQL Max ID includes a standard library of over 13,000 Raman-active chemicals – including explosives, chemical warfare agents (CWAs) precursors, hazardous chemicals, narcotics, cutting agents, pesticides, steroids and more – as well as the added capabilities to upgrade, transfer, and translate entries. The utilisation of 1064 nm Raman excitation provides users with the ability to identify more with reduced fluorescence interference – common to older generation models.
Additionally, the ResQ CQL Max ID is capable of performing trace analysis with the optional QuickDetect Mode.
Rigaku’s portfolio of handheld 1064 nm Raman analysers offer a specialized chemical analysis solution for every response and budget. Designed for use by police, customs, hazmat, EOD, and the military, each analyser includes an on-board library with a configurable library management capability. Additional features include automatic mixture analysis, addition of pictorial evidence using the on-board camera, and automatic warning of precursor results. With the addition of QuickDetect, users have the ability to collect non-visible threats and scan on the same device. Accepted as part of the U.S. DoD JPEO DR SKO System Modernization Program.
