EPE is pleased to welcome Adam Ross as our new Capability Manager, Uncrewed Systems, EOD & Tactical. Adam brings over 20 years of experience delivering advanced security, surveillance, counter-UAV and tactical solutions across Defence, law enforcement and critical infrastructure environments. He has a proven ability to translate complex operational requirements into integrated, mission-ready capabilities that support personnel on the front line.
Adam’s career includes leading the strategic management and deployment of mission-critical technologies in support of national security initiatives, including major counter-drone programs. With a strong foundation in systems integration, operational delivery and stakeholder engagement, he consistently ensures that capability outcomes align with intent, timelines and operational realities.
His expertise spans uncrewed systems, counter-UAV, EOD support and tactical capability development — underpinned by a deep understanding of how technology is applied in real-world environments. Adam’s strength lies in bridging technical solutions with operational needs, ensuring capabilities are practical, effective and deployable.
