Last week, we had the privilege of welcoming Matt Cockbain – former Wallabies lock and one of Australian rugby’s most respected figures – to spend time with the EPE team.
Matt didn’t come to talk about trophies. He came to talk about people.
He shared what it really takes to perform at a professional level, the mindset, the discipline, and the trust you build within a team. Lessons that go far beyond the rugby field, and ones that resonate with EPE’s focus on teamwork and leadership.
