The Synthetic Opioid Safety (SOS) Kit brings together all the components needed to:
DETECT with easy-to-use fentanyl test strips
DEFEND yourself with mask, gloves, and goggles for the right level of PPE
DECON with FiberTect and Dahlgren Decon for destruction of fentanyl and other threats.
OPIOID DETECTION KIT (ODK)
First Line Technology’s Opioid Detection Kit (ODK) powered by BTNX contains everything needed to rapidly test and detect fentanyl and it’s analogs on-scene.
The ODK contains two swab sticks, two 5mL vials of sterile water, two test tubes, and two BTNX Rapid Response Test Strips designed specifically to detect traces of synthetic opioids including fentanyl and its analogs.
Positive tests will show no trace of a second red line. Negative tests can range from a bold double red line to a faint second red line. Any indication of a double red line means the test is negative.
NIOSH COMPLIANT PPE
The SOS Kit includes the proper level of PPE approved by NIOSH for a moderate exposure situation to protect officers from potential exposure risk.
PERSONNEL DECON KIT (PDK)
Decontaminate Fentanyl and other synthetic opioids, TICs, TIMs, CWAs and BWAs quickly and easily. The Personnel Decon Kit (PDK) allows any user to remove bulk contamination with FiberTect wipes, then destroy any remaining contaminants by using Dahlgren Decon for a variety of immediate, tactical, operational, and cold weather decontamination needs.
